MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATIONS

To qualify for membership:

(1) Membership Application must be completed

(2) Applicant must be an Iteso by descent, Children born to at least one Itesot parent, married to an Itesot or well-wishers.

MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA

Any individual who meets at least one of the qualifications listed below shall be eligible for membership in the Iteso of North American Association (INAA), subject to the provisions of the association’s Constitution and By-laws.

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES

There shall be four (2) classes of membership: Regular, Family Associate.

A.      The Regular Membership shall comprise of:
     (1)  All Iteso residing in North America (U.S.A & CANADA) regardless of their immigration status
     (2)  U.S.A &CANADIAN Citizens with an Itesot parent

B.    The Family Associate Membership shall be extended to:
   (1) Spouse of “Regular” member  
   (2) Non-Itesot parent of U.S.A & CANADIAN Citizen with at least one Itesot  parent


REGULATIONS REGARDING THE ITESO OF NORTH AMERICAN ASSOCIATION (INAA) INC, LOGO AND PARAPHERNALIA

INAA regulates the use of the registered Iteso of North American Association Inc, also known as INAA. Name and emblem and prohibit the use of it in any way without the express written permission of the Iteso of North American Association Inc.

RESPONSIBILITIES AS A MEMBER

(1)  You must keep your membership in “good standing” at all times.

(2)  You must also be respectful and professional when dealing with others on behalf of the association.

(3)  You must not behave in any ways that is detrimental to the goodness of the association.

(4)  You must be active participant in the association’s dealings.

(5)  You must subscribe to the “each one teach one” and the “I am my brothers & sisters keeper” concept.

(6)  You must be willing to “step up to the plate” when required

PROOF OF IDENTITY

A photocopy of your government issued ID card must be provided in order for your application to be processed. The photocopy must be included with your

application. If a member does not provide a copy of a valid government issued identification card, the application will be delayed until the missing item is received

by INAA. – Membership Department. The copy of your identification card will remain on file for the duration of your membership. Under no circumstances will your identification be used for any promotional campaigns, advertisements, or any other reason other than verification of your identification.

ANNUAL RENEWAL & ENROLLMENT PERIOD

Every year the enrollment & renewal period is June 1st through August 31st. All renewals MUST be postmarked by August 31st. If you submit your renewal application after August 31st, a $10.00 late fee will apply. Late fee will not apply to new applicants. Absolutely NO RENEWALS will be accepted after June 1st. However, Membership subscription is open to new members at any time of the year.

The longer you wait to renew, the longer the processing. It may take up to 2 months for you to receive your membership information if

you renew after the August 31st deadline.

CHANGE OF MEMBER’S INFORMATION
